What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and optional message, and which land you asked about. We also count page views and button taps per land, without any personal details.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry about land. We don't send marketing messages and don't sell or share your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they are closed. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 35 days.
Who can see it
Only the broker. The website is hosted on Cloudflare and Supabase, which store the data on our behalf. WhatsApp and phone calls are handled by your own apps and providers.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your details, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will do it promptly.
